As head of the Recruiting Division of Triumph, he has helped thousands of candidates find rewarding positions. Before starting Triumph Services, Logan was a founding partner of UDig Technologies, where he was in charge of recruiting and management from 2001 to 2009. He earned a B.S. in Mass Communications with a minor in Psychology from Radford University and often writes articles and blogs about industry trends and his experiences.

With more than a decade of experience in a technical, business-to-business environment, Jason excels in business management, sales and customer service. Before starting Triumph Services, Jason was a founder and partner of UDig Technologies from 2001 to 2009 where he was involved in business development and management. Jason earned a B.A. in Mass Communications from Virginia Wesleyan College.
