Inc. Magazine Unveils 33rd Annual List of

America’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies—the Inc. 5000

Glen Allen, VA – December 1, 2014 – Triumph Services has been named to this year’s Inc. 5000 list of the nation’s fastest-growing, privately held companies in 2014. This is Triumph’s first time on the Inc. 5000 list, premiering at an impressive 1876, reflecting a three-year growth of 219%.

Triumph attributes their success to their long-tenured internal staff. “Fostering a strong internal team that focuses on personal and company goals makes us a tight unit that really looks out for each other,” said Logan Bragg, Triumph partner. “It makes us push hard for success…we want to see each other succeed.” The longevity of their sales and recruiting team has allowed them to develop a large network of quality candidates and hiring managers and cultivate long-lasting relationships.

“We have worked hard to be the IT recruiting firm of choice for clients who don’t have time to waste going through stacks of resumes,” added partner Jason Williams. “And for candidates who want a recruiting firm that truly understands their job wants and needs, and will work tirelessly to ensure they find the right fit.”

Triumph is constantly reviewing and improving their processes to develop innovative new ideas for finding highly skilled IT professionals. As IT recruiting specialists, Triumph Services embraces technology and gives their recruiters cutting-edge tools to find the best people around, both passive and active job seekers.

Methodology

The 2014 Inc. 5000 is ranked according to percentage revenue growth when comparing 2010 to 2013. To qualify, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2010. They had to be U.S.-based, privately held, for profit, and independent–not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies–as of December 31, 2013. (Since then, a number of companies on the list have gone public or been acquired.) The minimum revenue required for 2010 is $100,000; the minimum for 2013 is $2 million. As always, Inc. reserves the right to decline applicants for subjective reasons. Companies on the Inc. 500 are featured in Inc.’s September issue. They represent the top tier of the Inc. 5000, which can be found at http://www.inc.com/5000.
